Suddenly, she fainted. The ‘word count’ had reminded her of the Count of Ørds, an old Swedish friend, who had suffered a terrible hunting accident - his tongue had been ripped out by a bear who thought it was a nice red fish, but he snatched it back and had it restitched, though only to be able to talk with a lithp. The many gruesome hunting stories of the Count of Ørds, however, remain largely untold, and maybe it is better like that. - She regained conciousness, slowly, realising that her world counter had broken. One world, probably enough, she thought, no need to focus on counting.

Two worldth, it theemth - not one. Because retelling the Count of Ørdth gory thtorieth would be one thing (including the one about the fight with the bear - or wath it beer after all - and hith thevered tongue; a cumberthome accounth of daring dathing beauty, and of heroithm - feathible though, neverthelethth. But dealing with a manyworld, where each perthon woud live in their own, dithinct reality, without the remote pothibillity of tranthlathion, that would really be a bit-th. No one ever knew who whath talking about what.
