The day before Luther died, I got a link to an article about this being the 10th anniversary of Phyllis Hyman taking her own life. Many on my internet discussion lists were having a weepy party going through all of her sad love songs. When we found out Luther died, we resigned ourselves to a holiday weekend of sad ballads … and hopes that we don’t end up visiting Phyllis and Luther in heaven because of it … LOL!
I miss him already.
