That comparison is not AS favorable for Vancouver (rank 3 on both lists) or Copenhagen (rank 8 on both lists), whereas Tokyo, London, Moscow, Seoul or Hong Kong are far further down than rank 10 in terms of quality of city life. And then, quality of life is relative, but so is costliness.

    Housing and car insurance really took a bite out of my salary.Because it is a college town apt. rentals are scarce and i would say priced much like Zurich and Bern.
